Hey Y'all, We're the Wright's from Hattiesburg, MS. We became a chicken family a year and a half ago when my then 7 year old suckered me into buying an unmatched pair at a festival. We had no clue what we were doing but here we are Jan 2015 and our feathered babies are thriving, so we must be doing something right. We are totally in love with Cheese and Sprinkles now and always adding to their cute little coop and chicken yard. My now 9 year old(the culprit behind the initial purchase) has been scouring her chicken books and wouldn't you know we're planning to grow the family. She has decided to add Ameraucana, Australorp and Buff Orpington hens. And for me...a pair of Salmon Faverolles. :D

In the mean time we were wondering if anyone can help us identify our little girl Sprinkles. We were told Cheese is an American Game Rooster, but we're just not sure about Sprinkles.

Beautiful birds! Sprinkles looks like some sort of gamebird or gamebird mix to me.

Hello and :welcome just warning you once you get more chickens you will want more and then you will want geese ducks goats etc LOL your hen looks like a silver blue OEG bantam hen
