Since I don't want to start up my cabinet bator, if anyone is interested in eggs, I can ship a half dozen to a dozen in the next week or so...

Your hen is gorgeous! I'm going to PM you about those eggs...........

She will start getting her darker lacing in a couple of weeks. I had one that had no lacing on her breast at that age and I was concerned about how she was going to turn out. But as you can see in this picture her lacing came in and is looking very nice now!

Oh, I hope she turns out to be that pretty! I watch her feather development with great curiosity. I'm very excited to she what she'll look like.

Ive read fertility is an issue and its resolved by plucking the hens rumps to thin some of the feathering to ensure a good breeding by the Roo. How often is this an issue?

What a pretty pullet Chickee! I love her coloring

I was hoping for a" Black" Blue Laced Red Roo (Looks like a Gold Laced but carries the Blue gene) to breed to my Splash pullets to get all Blue babies but no such luck

I am keeping a Blue roo and Blue pullet to breed so I should get some Black BLRWs eventually.
