What do you mean by partridge hen? Partridge Wyandotte?
And what was used to make you barred Wyandottes.

If you are talking about PW then half the offspring would be barred and half solid. Partridge Wyandotte more than likely based on the e^b allele not the e+.

Unless you have the barred Wyandottes breeding true then whatever you used to create them may show through such as any lacing genes.

Do you know if the Crele is e+ based or is it a barred Birchen E^R?

hi, yes both are wyandottes, the barred cock came from show stock that's all I know at the moment...

Then I would go with 50% barred and 50% solidish. But both carrying some pattern genes from the Partridge.

Some one had posted a while ago about picking the best type based on "Three Circles." A Wyandotte should be viewed at with circles, one around the head, one around the body and the third I can't remember where. I'm not sure on which Wyandotte thread I read it on, but I didn't write it down, and I should have. Would who ever posted it repost please!!!!

I would be ever so grateful!! I am going to start on a project/journey of improving the BLRW bantams I have available, and I want to make sure I am breeding the right type.

Also if some one could post a pic of an inverted comb, I wold really appreciate it. I am having a hard time visualizing it without seeing it.

You will get 100% barred birds some will have red leaking if not all. Kinda a Crele look but not really.

with the red leaking. the bad part of the calculator is that is does not have PIC of every out come. you have to read it to see what you really get.... or just know some of it from experience.
