The Wyandotte Thread

Here are some pictures of my bantam Partridge Wyandottes, they are still young but does anyone have any critiques?

Quick genetics question, I have a BLRW pullet and a hen but no rooster... I'm finding it hard to find wyandottes in this area (besides SLW's), what color rooster should I use? A BLRW? or is there another color I can use to get more BLRW's (like a blue wyandotte)?

If you can find a black or blue laced red that would be the best. If you use other stuff it would affect the color of the red

Thanks!

You could also use a Golden Laced. It should give you about %50 BLR, which is what you would get if you went Blue to Blue as well.

if you use golden laced it would be hard to get the red back

the one on the left. I would go with a black laced red or blue laced red. DON'T MIX WITH A GOLDEN LACED!!!

Some of my SLW's, I love them
