Now for all you breeding experts how do I go about producing this!

A Single Combed Blue laced salmon cockerel.... just think he is stunning! He's a project bird right? The aim would be to produce the same with a rose comb?

I am not 100% certain but the bunny or horshoe shape is the Uk standard. Which Cheshire poulty is in.

The american wtandard is V shaped. But breedrs try to make everything more rounded. Roosters have more rounded tails then hens. I can tell in my chocolates that are bred from UK orps, they have bunny tails. And my slw have v.

made the pic a bit bigger, but are you sure that would be a blue laced? still looks black to me. but basically i think you would have to add at least the pattern gene to the mix. tho i seem to remember seeing some salmon roos with laced-looking breasts. i dare say tho, this pattern may not breed true (possibly heterozygous for 1 or more different genes)

Nice project bird. Genetically breeding for a one legged bird will be harder to reproduce than the coloring.
