I know that chickens can see the very slightest sun ray, maybe that is why? And I ALWAYS wonder, when a rooster crows in the morning, is he in the coop, or outside?

I wouldn't know! I don't even have one!!

But roosters can sense sunlight four hours before sunlight (I think...) So maybe he was just like Okay flock!

I also said I would tell you guys about breeding Nugget. I want to breed her with a Cochin Bantam. What I am hoping I would get is a Cochin Bantam body style with a Sebrights gold lacing. Not sure if it would work cause I dont understand genetics that well. What would you get if you crossed Chipmunk and Nugget? That would be pure mutt!
