Their hatching

It is day 17 here and the quail are hatching. So far there is two out. Yeah!!!

I will get pics once I can. Yes they seem to hatch a lot faster then chickens. They don't pip like a chicken and then just set there for awhile making you wait. These once you see a pip they are almost out. They are so cute. There is now 4 out.

congrats!!! I wish my chicken egg would hatch as quick as your quail eggs! It's day 25 and he still hasn't pipped.

still wiggling but that's it.

As of right now there is 8 little bitty quail babies in the bator.

Just 17 more eggs in there. I don't know how many more will hatch. We will see. I am waiting. Today in the mail I got 9 golden laced polish eggs I won on ebay. Just in time with these hatching now. I will give the rest of the eggs a day or two and then it is on to the polish. I sure hope I get some hens out of these eggs.
