Their wings look wrong

Hi can anyone tell me if this is normal? I have had 16 babies hatch and now that the wing feathers are starting to grow I have several that the wins are like this. Is this normal? This is Ayam Cemani breed. I have hatched several batches and this is the first time I have seen this.

Agreed, totally normal. That is caused by genetics. Some chickens have fast-feathering genetics, some have slow-feathering genetics. That pattern is caused by slow feathering genetics. Many flocks and even breeds have mixed genetics for that so you can see that about anywhere. Nothing to worry about.
