Theorectically Speaking...How Many?

How many could I have if I have:

10 x 12 Coop with loft
2 tractors: One is 6' x 16' and one is 6' x 8'
Still Run that is 10' x 30'

I just got my chicks (25) and hens (6) on the 12th. We also built 2 brooder pens for each of the two age groups of chicks. One of the pens can be used like a tractor!

I have 27 of the hens eggs in an incubator, but I'm not counting my chickens till they hatch (and then some)! I actually was hoping I could sell whatever I hatched because I want to get a couple of each some other breeds.

Theoretically you could have up to 56 (4 sq.ft./bird)-112 (2 sq.ft./bird)birds in the coop space you have; however, you are limited by your run space to 30 (10 sq.ft./bird) birds.
