And I don’t even like sushi…

I’d rather deep fry my fish to the utmost crispy goldness before serving.

I went to Chicago a few years ago and the only restaurants that stuck out was Taste of Himalayas and a local bar in the old neighborhood of St. Charles who made a killer roast.

I do not miss English riders getting excited about sushi…At all.

I prefer my fish grilled or broiled. Air fry is ok, too. I won’t usually turn down fried, though.
