there's a big lump on my chicken's head--help!

i know this is an old post but i have a 9 wk dom that has something like the pic posted on her head. Did you ever find out what it was? My girl also has a cloudy spot on the bottom of one of her eyes. It only took about 3 days for this to apear. I haven't been able to find anything else online.

well my chicken has it in both eyes and my mom and dad said they r kateracts she sees fine though so idk they r in the middle of her eyes and her eyes r black and then whr the pupple should b is the cloudy part so idk lol srry bout tht though hopefull both ur chicken and mine will get better lol good luck for ur chicken as well (the one with the bump over her eye) hope she gets better soon too!

My girl is ony 10 wks old, I hope its not a kateracts . The cloudy spot is on the lower part of her eye. Last night that eye didn't seem to react to light so i don't know if she can even see out of it. Is it common for such a young bird to have eye probelms?
