WOOHOO, I think something is in the process of hatching!!!!

Does this mean mrs duck won't get off the nest any more even to eat/swim?

I want to see what's under there! I think there are at least two.

When my duck had a nest last summer, she continued her normal nest-stitting behavior for a few days after her first ones hatched and then she gave up on the rest.

I hope you get a couple more little cuties!

I've got a 3rd duckling!!! WOOHOO!! Another pure rouen from the looks of it. He only had his head poking out from under the wing while the older 2 were chasing each other around the nest box. He's cheeping up a storm or else there's another under there, too. Got my fingers crossed!

Edit: Now there are 5!!!! the two newest are rouen/runner crosses!!!
