theres something wrong with my rooster

so last night i went to close the coop door and i felt my roosters crop and it was like it was empty i could not fill it and this morining i felt again and it was full and hard what does this mean and what can i do to help him

Had he eaten already this morning when you checked him? Or was this check prior to exposure to feed?

I think he's fine is hes acting normal. He must have eaten before you felt it so the hard stuff you felt in his crop must have been the grain. Completely normal.
