Therians/Furries/Otherkins/Non-human's..WHERE YA AT?

I read the other threads so have a base definition for therian, and know a couple of people who identify as furries. I am uncertain what the definition of otherkin is. I looked it up, but am interested in what the OP defines it as, since therian was a bit different than what I knew of online. Also, how would you define non-human? Honestly very curious.

Oh I know some otherkin. They show up at our family reunions.

My (very basic) understanding is that it's just something that 'feels right', like gender and other lgbtqia+ subjects. But again, it's a very basic understanding for how someone who identifies as non-human since I'm not actively in that category
