Thermometer/Hygrometer

I am looking for a fairly accurate thermometer and hygrometer. Should I get a digital one? If so, any ideas? I want to get as high a hatch rate as possible.

A digital is fine I bought mine from lowes it reads humidity and temp inside and out so i put the outside one inside my incubator and the other one on the table in the living room to where i can see it most of the time i think i gave 25 bucks for it they are cheaper ones out there though i just like this one

You can buy them on e-bay.Just type in "hatching eggs" in the search box.There will be a few different types.Just watch the price and shipping.Several sellers will be selling the same thing.
