Hello! I was just hoping for some input. I have a little Janoel12 incubator that I've previously had successful hatches in. This time around its been a bit tricky. I have my incubator set to 38c, however they are all reading something different except 2 of the smaller digital are the pretty close to the same. I have 3 other digital that all read something different, and a cheapo .98cent alchohol thermometer that is roughly the same as the accurite. I have set the alcohol thermometer in an ice bat and gotten a reading of about 32.

Which would yall go by? 😖😕🐣

Get yourself a people temperature reading thermometer. Those should be most accurate in the range you need accuracy.
You can check the accuracy of your electronic thermometers by comparing it with the people thermometer reading.
WISHING YOU BEST,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and :welcome

A human medical thermometer will be the most accurate right off the bat, but the others can be calibrated by determining how far off they are. I would probably trust the alcohol thermometer most out of those ones you have since you ice tested it and it seems to be pretty accurate. My only problem with those kinds of thermometers is that they don’t tell you an exact number, you have to kind of guess by the lines on it. I use a digital meat thermometer in my incubator that I calibrated by comparing it to a medical thermometer.
