Meet Blu, a 7 month old Terrier Mix learning to be a big pup. Blu is super hyper, loves playing with balls and stuffed animals, and is very treat motivated. He knows the command sit, but needs to work on staying on the ground when greeting people. He really likes giving hugs. Being young, he can get over excited, jumpy, and mouthy. With constant training, he can become a terrific best friend. With his high energy, he would do well in an active home with older children

This is Caesar. He is a rott/shepherd mix and 1 year old. He is very timid and shy being around new people. It would be best if he was in a only pet home or would need very slow introductions to new animals. Since he is very shy, he will need a fenced in yard in the case he runs.

Meet Ferris, out 5 year old pup. Ferris clearly hasn't lived a life of luxury; our guess is that he was an outside dog, maybe a guard dog. While he is sweet as pie, he is very easily distracted by any goings while we are walking. Our wish is for Ferris to end up in a home where he is the star of the show and gets all the love and attention he has obviously been lacking.

Goose is a classic orange cat, with all the beauty that goes with that. He has a sweet disposition. Goose was previously adopted from us as a kitten. When he was no longer wanted, he was dumped at a friend's house, who then brought him to our shelter.

Had a line outside the door this morning and had a ton of adoptions this morning! We will be expected to get an afternoon and evening rush too so more to hopefully get adopted! We have lots of new comers and old residents that are ready to check out

Smokey is a classic, gorgeous, black cat, having been surrendered to the shelter on March 30th, 2021, by his owner, claiming his other cats didn't like him. That said, he needs to go a home without other cats. He was born May 27th, 2020, has a very nice disposition and still deserves a great home.

Buckwheat is 1 year and 6 months old. He came to us through our dog transport and is a friendly happy go lucking dog. This cutie enjoys cuddles and giving kisses. He will try to sit on your lap and give you some love. Buck is great with children, dogs, and cats.

Sam is a wicked smart and very handsome border collie mix. He is 9 years old. He loves to play fetch (tennis balls are his favorite). He really enjoys running and playing outside, whether it's taking a walk or taking a dip in the pond. He will not be good with small child, an adult family would be best. He is not a big fan of other dogs, although he can walk by them
