The Splash looks a bit like a cockerel too, based on the redness of the comb.

With Silkiie cross their is a sex link. I think it has to do with skin coloring. I am not knowledgeable about the details, but on my crosses I figure black face female red face male. Not sure if this can be applied to your birds. I am not familiar with your rooster breed

Silkie Male, X Yellow, or White Skinned hen = Black Skinned Female offspring, & White, or yellow skinned Male offspring.

Yes here is roo (fly by night) he came to us in. The dead of the night ….and hen sprinkles (paint silky)

Thanks he was given to us by god it seems and he has been wonderful if he acts up he’s done round here! But so far so great honestly we had a horrrific human aggressive rooster before and this has. Been a night n day difference for us so we let him breed out a couple lol he’s a great daddy too
