Her comb is light, and that's a clear sign shes sick, but shes nearly the same as the other two girls. As far as movement and size.
As long as she's active it should just be a matter of time, if she still spends most of her time standing around and puffed up then its probably something bad she's still fighting on the inside.
How's her poop? I tell you that poop is like a chicken diary. I never thought my life would be so concerned with poop and I have a nephiew and two god children that I spend a good deal of time face to daiper with.
To be honest most people can tell you more about the chicken from what the poop looks like, can you tro to get a snap of one?
Usually the best time is the morning because there'll be a nice ammount right under them. Also they usually drop just after eating.
Hopefully its just a stubborn bug and shes recovering all be it slow because of the lower intake and lower temperatures.
