They are HATCCHIIINGGG!!!!

So I went to check on the eggs at 7:21pm and I saw one of the smaller eggs have a whole in it. a good hole... and chirping.
here's a picture:







the temp is going to 60's to high 50's and the temp is going between 100 and 99. Is the white color good?
My dog is going crazy because she's so curious and protective.

The white that you are seeing is the membrane. You should have chicks within the next 12 hours.

yey. only one is pipped. but it that a good color and not like dried out

I am thrilled. It has a hole but nothing is happening any more. I even turned off my fish tanks fillter thinking perhaps it needs quiet. With the filther on it sounds like a water fall

I came home today to one hatched and 4 more with pips in them. It is do exciting to see new life. Congratulations on your Pip. Listen for cheeps from the other eggs.

That's Great, i have 15 out of 35 eggs that started pipping and 3 have hatched since 5:50 pm. This is my first incubation, so alot of new things are happening . hope i sleep tonite.

I am excited to see what patterns they have if any. i can either have leghorns or rir or both. eeek.
