aww, RIR peeps are so precious. Some of the friendliest and most inquisitive, from Day 1.

Soon, they'll be wanting to hang out on top of that waterer and poop down the sides of it. I solved that with a "witch's hat"...

amen on the egg overload ....all ready have 30 last year pullets that i raised and they give me between 22 to 25 eggs a day but every body around here doesnt mind some scrambled eggs

I have a list of people that are always willing to purchase my extra eggs. They are so much better than the ones they have to buy at the store when I don't have them available. So, I'm looking forward to a few more layers.
