I'm going to upload some pictures of their new home

They appear to be happy with it!

Here are some pictures of them inside the coop... I remodeled this slightly, it was a pre-owned coop

They had 3 nest boxes set up but it is a 4x4 coop, so big enough for 4 chickens.. I was going to take out two of the boxes, but decided to convert them into water/feeder boxes! I put a 2x3 as a roost/food platform

Here they are exploring their new home...

I know, not good pictures of the whole thing... but its hard from the door LOL!

I think I need to find a way to get it so that they don't roost over the food.... they'll end up pooping in it.

and the milk jug will be turned into a larger jug into the pan since that one is little, but it will work for now

ROFL!!! I'll True Dat to the dust!!!!! thats for sure... I realized that there is dust covering my table! LOL! I'm sure the DE and pine shavings are helping the dust factor!

although, I'll still be having dust since I have 2 smaller chicks now.... that wasn't in the plans, but what can one do right?

I just spotted something- you know where your metal roof meets the top edge of the wood? A rat, weasel, snakes, mice, other predators an get in there. There's a plastic rippled strip you can get at the hardware store, designed to join corrugated roofing to wood- I'd get some and install it asap! This is one of the most difficult predator areas to seal, but one of the most vital.
