Ive held eggs for about a week in 50 degrees-I know you can go longer but their viability after a week goes down so I stick to what works best for me-others will say 10 days -others will say you can hold them in a fridge-not for me at this point-but I will try a a test shortly-I am going to pull some of my eggs from the fridge as see what happens-Im going to let some sit out for 10 days in warmer weather and see what happens-all sorts of funky ways others have had good luck with and Ill post to tellpeople my conclusions-this ought to be fun!!

Have you been checking the eggs for fertility? You could just be missing the event but the real proof could be found by cracking open a few eggs.
