They don’t like their pond anymore

My pair of Swedish ducks no longer swim in their little pond. They haven’t gone in since October! It’s bathtub sized, so not big, and I just can’t figure it out lol!
Now I realize it’s winter and there is usually ice in the morning, but the days have been in the 40s and 50s.
They still love coming in and splashing in the guest room bathtub.
I’ve changed the pond water, made sure the de icer isn’t in there, put meal worms in it, all to no avail.
If anyone has had this experience, I’d love to know why and what to do.
My ducks are my pets and sometimes I worry that since they don’t have an older duck to follow, they might not figure out duck things.

Ya I tried the toss in, very gently of course. You would have thought it was hot lava the way they busted out. Got me very wet too lol

It maybe they just prefer your tub. They are use to the spa treatment.

Looks good to me. Maybe stop the inside spa treatment and sit out with them by the pool and see if they don't start warming up to the idea of their own outdoor spa.
