THey finally came in- I can't wait

So the near whole foods near me just got the fertilized eggs
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
but I'm not going to make the bator until probally saturday or sunday
I don't want to have to wait for the next shipment but I want to put them in the bator almost as soon as I get them
Should I hope and pray that they have them or call them
any other ideas would help

oh and how do you candle the egg and see if it stops developing
and how of then do you chevk for chick devolpment
I'm confused
