I was counting mine but my new incubators hatch everything early. Then I got so many different eggs, hatching at different times that I just gave up. I put a date on each egg now and hope I realize before it pips to up the humidity, lol. Since I stopped doing everything perfectly and worrying about every little thing, I seem to get better hatches, lol.

I like to set all my eggs same day of the week, so they hatch on that day of the week. Works great for chicken and peafowl, because they take 21 and 28 days.
