The coop is now done enough to move the 7-wk old chickens to their permanent home. Per this groups' suggestions I separated the 4 cockerels from the pullets about a week ago. I will put the boys in a separate run next to the girls, hopefully this week. I can't believe how quickly they've all grown !!! The girls come to me when they see me, but won't let me touch them. They really like the cilantro I tied up for them to peck. Their personalities are really coming out.
Now to clean the basement of all the dust they created - any suggestions on the best way to do that??
