They Hatched

6 out of 9 that have went in to hatcher have hatched. Its day 22.5. The brooder is ready.
3 light sussex
3 sweet flowering hens

Don't toss those other 3 yet. I would give them another day at least & candle before tossing. I also always pip the air cell before tossing any that may have any chance at all to check for a wiggling baby. If you don't see the membrane wiggle & it's still nice & white gently touch the membrane. A live chick will wiggle in response. Return live babies to the bator, jack humidity up higher to prevent shrinkwrap on open shells & give them a bit more time.
