They keep coming home

Almost 3 weeks ago I had some kind of predator invade I lost 7 of my chickens. Well we found 1 injured no broken skin or anything but badly bruised on her chest we separated her for a couple days till she would have no more of it. 8 days later we had a hen to reappear, now I have had another to return both of the returnees looked none the worse for wear. My question is where have they been ??

I haven't a clue, except to say hiding somewhere. I'm glad you got them back though.

probably off living the good life in the great blue yonder! You know....roughin' it with Ma Nature and livin' like to olden days.

I will really freak out if the other 3 packing peanuts & hen come home but this is just so weird .
