I've also got 2 (retired) greyhounds. Mine couldn't be trusted in the house all day, either. We finally have a doggie door so they don't have to hold it all day. Now they just get off the sofa and go outside when they feel like it. My female spends a lot of time sunbathing!

As for the chickens, I love the names Rose Marie and Evelyn! If only I had hens... eventually I'll get more than just roos!
