My little guys think I'm an axe murderer unless I have some cucumber. Then I'm not scary at all.

Things changed last night for my bathtub brood. We had our first pea riot. Now I cannot even go in there to brush my teeth without getting the sad eyes looking at me. They learn fast.

Pea riots! I love them. I was worried HEB would put a limit on peas.

The older ducks have been wondering what happened to the pea riots. Since my greens went to seed, I have been pulling them out and giving that as their treat.

You could try sitting in a bathroom with them (it's easiest to clean up there) and feed them treats or food out of your hand. Let them come up to you and don't try to pick them up. You could do it for about 5 mins, maybe 2-4 times a day. Eventually they'll feel more comfortable with you

My older guys are very sad as they are coop contained until the new run comes.
