A few days ago I added our 3 Buff Orpington pullets to the main flock and aside from feeding time, they've left them alone.
Today while it was just starting to get lighter outside, I moved Mouse and her baby chicks to the main flock and they're getting along fine.
I'll be keeping an eye on them throughout the day just to be sure.

How long will it be until the baby chicks are completed accepted?

What do you mean by "totally accepted"?
There's no hard numbers or timelines with live animals.

New additions of young birds usually stay in subgroup until they start to lay,
then will work their way into the main flocks pecking order.

The broody chicks will be another subgroup once mama weans them,
they may have trouble adjusting once mama stops protecting them.
