Congrats on the successful hatch, if they were shipped eggs I would consider almost 50% a good hatch.
They're hatching a day early! Advice needed...UPDATE: 14 hatched!

And I wouldn't toss out the other eggs unless you KNOW they're dead. Sometimes some hatch late due to cooler spots in the incubator.
