im from the UK, so confused about how you send livestock through the postal system

Yep it's a puppy. But it's not mine i stole it. Lol

I have an order coming in Feb. 22nd. from Ideal. But first my wife is dragging me on a cruise to Cozumel, Mexico. Can't wait to get back. hope we don't run aground

The Post Office requires a special box and then we just ship them second day priority mail. They usually get to their destination in 2 or 3 days. Some people include fruit or other goodies for them to eat on the way.

I ordered 2 barred Cochins, 2 blue Cochins, 2 red Cochins, 2 EEs, 2 white leghorns and 2 speckled sussex. I have no idea what the packing peanuts are. Production reds maybe? I can't wait to see pics of everyones cute little fuzz butts. Thanks for all the kind words!

I'm in central VA, about 20 minutes from Charlottesville ;) I couldn't wait that long for my chicks, the two weeks between when I ordered and received them just about drove me crazy!
