I picked up my eight new feathered friends yesterday - and I bet I looked pretty funny doing it in a suit and tie, coming right from a bid opening, too

. All (2 Araucana, 2 Sussex, 2 RIR, 1 Buff Orpington, & 1 Light Brahma) seem to be doing very good in the brooder so far, eating and drinking just fine. As soon as I'm not too "new" here, I'll try to see if I can figure out how to post some pictures.

Congrats I love the buff orphingtons. My sister has a BO rooster and he is just the sweetest bird ever my niece will carry him around and he just hangs out with her no problem. It's so cute.

You are lucky to have found a place to sell you just eight and of that many different breeds at one time. When I was researching online chick businesses, I found purchases to be very restrictive.

Hope you enjoy your birds as much as we love ours. My young boys like to "open the restaurant" and feed the young hens; or sit in the brooder and visit for an HOUR!
