What do the main nests look like...pics might help.
Did you change something with the main nests?
Even new bedding can trigger the 'we hate change' button.

As I said in my post, it started once the cooler weather hit. So the start of fall.
It's just one big nesting box because it's in one of those pre-built ones.
No new bedding. Everything is the same.
