Thick yolk on fresh egg, no roosters

I cracked my eggs as usual and 1 of the yolks was not as rounded on the top, and alittle wrinkly, almost like it was slightly deflated. I tried whisking with a folk and not sure if it was that wrinkled egg or not but 1 of them wouldn’t break up like my other egg yolks were. Pic is showing what the dark yolk parts that didn’t mix like the rest. The eggs are 3 days old, on the counter, not washed. Before I feed these to my kids and me, are they safe to eat?

I moved on and made them pancakes haHaha they are too impatient, I just hate to waste it all, figured I would cook it and then put it in the fridge. If it’s all good can use it later or toss.

That would be your call as to whether or not you'd like to eat it, but if you decide against it you can go ahead and feed the french toast right back to your chickens! I am sure they would love it as a treat So long as there are several hens to split the goodies so it isn't too much

We’re in Florida, so I can’t say they have ever gotten very cold. Ha

I see different consistency's in the yolks here, some are thicker and take more to beat smooth, just part of home grown eggs. They are fine to eat.

It can still just happen, it's fine. I've eaten hundreds of them.
