Thickened Crop Wall?

Hi all, I'm new here but have done lots of reading of threads/answers over the last wee while which has helped me with some of my hens.
I have a leghorn at the moment who displayed signs of impacted crop. I treated and all seemed well, except the whole crop seemed very hard. She is eating, pooping and laying well.
Took her to the vet today who was stuck and ended up doing an x-ray. She showed me that the crop is functioning normally but what she thinks is the crop wall seems very thick. I have no idea what a normal hen x-ray looks like but there was definitely a large 'wall' between her skin and her crop. The vet had no idea and said if she was happy then just to keep an eye on her.

She is well in herself, happily scratching about. Does anyone have any idea as to why there would be thickening there? I suddenly had a thought as to whether it's the breed of the hen (in which case I feel stupid!).

Thanks for any help in advance!
