I have a leghorn that recently got over vent gleet but now is laying eggs with very thin brittle eggshells. She's fed layer pellets and has access to grit. Any suggestions? Her eggs are being broken in the laying boxes by other hens laying after her so its a constant mess.

Thin shelled eggs can be common after an illness. It generally will resolve itself after a bit. I would add a separate bowl of oyster shells in case she's lacking calcium.
