One of my little turkens just stopped growing. The other ones (same age) are well over twice the size and weight.
I noticed before that he was smaller, but I thought he was either growing slow, or maybe he was a runt.
There is no shortage of food and water. They have shelter and heat and can free range during the day.
There are no signs of mites or parasites. Crop seems normal.
I picked him up and he just feels light and a little boney. He doesn't look or act unhealthy.
I've pulled him from the flock to make sure he's getting enough to eat. I was worried that maybe the other chickens were bullying him and not letting him eat.
This might not be an emergency, but... is there anything I should be wary of?
