Thin, diarrhea, tired, out of ideas...please help

Cottage cheese sounds disgusting (TO ME) I wouldn't eat it either! LOL
I'm thinking that tuna fish might smell a little better???

Well so far cottage cheese is the only thing she will willingly eat and she used to love it. We could get some tuna fish when we go to the store later today to try.

Yes we did bring in 3 new chickens but they have been separate. There is still a chance she could have caught something from them. Her crop feels normal, no impaction, but it is empty. No we have 17 other chickens.

Separated by how much distance? (Almost impossible for us regular backyard chicken owners to properly quarantine.)
It is very likely that she has picked up say maybe some Coccidiosis that she is not used to from the new birds. (I'm just thinking out loud here)

They are just in a separate run but she could have caught something from them. Is there anything you can do to cure coccidiosis? I don't think I need to do tube feeding yet because I can get her to drink using s syringe. Feeding her liquids with the syringe is safe right?

We are going to the store right now to get some tuna fish for her and a couple other things. Is there anything else that might help her that we could get at the store? Any liquids she could have that would help?
