OR she may just need time to get her tract in gear- the first eggs a pullet lays can be small and of lower quality. If you can figure out who she is, you can try giving her extra supplements to see if that helps, but to do that you will need to separate them for a time. There are also some viral diseases that can damage their repro tracts and cause weak/thin shelled/deformed eggs like IB- any respiratory signs a few months back?
