Since it's been over 4 months ....maybe even 6+ at this point I'd think if it were worms and gonna spread, it would have. I've got 5 birds so just a small backyard flock. Unfortunately with the warm season coming again broken eggs in the nesting box are a big issue. The smell is nausiating. Even today's broke egg in 48 degrees smelled pretty bad by the time I was able to go down an clean it up. I really dont think the birds has worms, I really don't.
