Thin Eggs no Matter What I Try

Since it's been over 4 months ....maybe even 6+ at this point I'd think if it were worms and gonna spread, it would have. I've got 5 birds so just a small backyard flock. Unfortunately with the warm season coming again broken eggs in the nesting box are a big issue. The smell is nausiating. Even today's broke egg in 48 degrees smelled pretty bad by the time I was able to go down an clean it up. I really dont think the birds has worms, I really don't.
 
I am having a similar problem with a two year old hen. She's a black laced red Wyandotte... Not as prolific a layer as my other three (a Barred Rock and two Easter Eggers) but still has been pretty consistent, laying 3 or 4 eggs a week. Took the winter off and now that it's laying season again, so far she has laid one that was just yoke splattered all over the other eggs, one that was a softie and now three that just have a paper thin, white shell that by the time I have discovered it, has been crushed. Normally she lays pretty light brown eggs that almost appear pink. All the other girls are laying great and everyone seems perfectly healthy ..... I'm planning to pick up some yogurt and see if that helps but otherwise, idk what to do :-/
 
Thin shells are not just about a possible lack of calcium.
There are other nutritional factors in the mix, as well as the birds anatomy.
Some birds do not uptake, process, and distribute calcium(and the other necessary nutrients) effectively due to anatomical malfunction...
.... and some birds just have wonky shell glands.

More calcium is NOT always the answer. First of all, that can impact the balance of phosphorus to calcium and D3. Too much calcium in that case could negatively affect shell quality. There are so many possibilities.
