It doesn't seem fair to separate the one being bullied, she's done nothing wrong. I think the bully needs "time out".

I had to seperate the bully. She was pecking another hen repeatedly on the skull. She's probably going to be in jail again today. I'm going outside to check on them right now.

I took the bully out. She's with the older hens.
