Hey all..I'm pretty new around here. Awhile back I was doing a little research and found a really cool thread where people were giving some advice on features you really should consider when building or buying a chicken coop. It was full of great info and I can't find it any more.

It was really long though so I thought I'd create a graphic that incorporated a lot of those ideas into an easy to digest format. Let me know what you think.

Nice. Welcome to BYC from Wisconsin. My one piece of advice is make you coop bigger than you think you need. You will quickly run out of room if it is small. Thats the one thing I learned last year when I built my coop.

Just looked thru part of it and it is definitely beautiful...looks like most the info so far is within common ranges.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you guys like it. I agree with making it bigger. We're already considering another coop of some sort as we're adding to the flock!
