I often see lots of threads about people wanting tame cuddly type birds. Just wanted to say a small change can make a big difference.

My Silver Appleyards were in a pen next to one of my guinea fowl pens. Every time we walked in they ran from us & hid. These were raised here from hatchlings. A month ago I moved them into a pen on the other side of the farm, next to the goats. Now they talk to everyone, come up asking for treats & such. I think the guineas stressed them WAY too much. Anyone else notice something that changed their ducks behavior?

Thats very interesting, glad you figured it out and now your ducks have changed for the good.
