Things to place in & around the run

I built their run (15x30 feet) around an old oak stump from last year. I took a few branches and boards and leaned up on the stump, and it now the resident chicken highway. It will hold about 4 of them, so when I put some treats on top, they play King of the Hill to my great amusement, and theirs. I do believe they are crazy enough to make fun out of anything!

At our other house, I had a grape arbor right in their yard. It grew fantastic and had plenty of grapes for all, plus they cleaned up all the ones on the ground.

I just put in two stumps. Handy for when I want to sit in the run and have them on my knees.
