Think I have a rooster?

Was told these were White Leghorns. Bought them March 9th, so about 6 weeks. Both chicks in pic are same age, way different combs. A little grainy, but you should be able to see the difference. If it is a male, I don't want it. Should I just put it for free on CL? Thanks for the help.
