You could absolutely wait and watch, but just know that they can change overnight and be absolute monsters. So even if one is super great now, he may wake up in 2 months and decide he's the new boss and beat the snot out of the others.
I agree with this and that he's definitely a cockerel. Once mine hit 12 or so weeks I rehome as they start to cause problems. Personally as soon as they start being abusive with the girls, they're gone. I have very low tolerance for that. :)

I’m not sure who to rehome yet. They all get along so far and are 12 weeks but 4-6 roosters (some I am still unsure of sex) and 14-16 hens probably won’t work. Just tough because no one has show any aggression. Actually so far my silkie/brabanter who I think is a hen seems to rule the roost 😂
