There is a lady who has a cortunix and a button toghether on youtube. They are best buddies.

These guys seem to get along fine, I think since they are being brooded together they should be all right. I was worried about them trying to breed. The button will be about 1/4 the size of the A&M, and i'm sure someone would get hurt! But I have been told that as much as people have tried, they just don't naturally. So that's a plus. I will keep them together as long as they are being good. I would like to have at least one more button though. My little boy thinks they are just the cutest! And I wanted the buttons as pets.

My buttons are for pets and egg consumption. I hope you can find someone in your area with chicks.

Well thats it for this hatch. 6 bouncing baby quail. Bator is going to be cleaned and put away.
